Bio | George is an Innovative Design Thinking Strategist with an unwavering passion to drive innovation, organizational change, and human-centered design solutions both in Silicon Valley and on a global scale. His professional experience in Product Development and Project Management at renowned Tech Companies such as Apple and Dolby allowed him to lead cross-functional teams and leverage hypothesis testing and Agile Methodologies to launch digital services that are used by millions of consumers around the world. George has gained valuable insights into hurdles faced by San Francisco Bay Area start-up founders and teams that are accelerating business and technological innovations of the future by serving as a board member at StartOut, an organization dedicated to the economic empowerment of minority entrepreneurs. In addition to working in Tech, his previous pro bono advisory services have left positive impact for clients across Healthcare (VNS Health, Northwell Health), Robotics (Nuro), NGOs (UNICEF, UNDP) and Advertising (i.e. Leo Burnette). His strategic insights have empowered clients with enhanced employee retention, organizational effectiveness, talent mobility, workplace inclusion, and leadership capabilities. George earned his Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from New York University.
