His professional experience in Product Development and Project Management at renowned Tech Companies such as Apple and Dolby allowed him to lead cross-functional teams and leverage hypothesis testing and Agile Methodologies to launch digital services that are used by millions of consumers around the world. George has gained valuable insights into hurdles faced by San Francisco Bay Area start-up founders and teams that are accelerating business and technological innovations of the future by serving as a board member at StartOut, an organization dedicated to the economic empowerment of minority entrepreneurs. In addition to working in Tech, his previous pro bono advisory services have left positive impact for clients across Healthcare (VNS Health, Northwell Health), Robotics (Nuro), NGOs (UNICEF, UNDP) and Advertising (i.e. Leo Burnette). His strategic insights have empowered clients with enhanced employee retention, organizational effectiveness, talent mobility, workplace inclusion, and leadership capabilities.
George earned his Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from New York University. He is a Certified Scrum Product Owner through Scrum Alliance and a distinguished alumnus of the Product Growth Strategy program at Reforge. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, French, and English, George’s linguistic versatility mirrors his diverse international experiences residing in China, Hong Kong, France, Germany, and the US. His ability to seamlessly connect with team members of varying cultural backgrounds enriches collaboration and innovation.
